I will describe Cabana, a Kokkos+MPI library for particle and hybrid particle-grid simulation. Cabana focuses on extensions to Kokkos for particle (and structured grid) data structures and algorithms, as well as particle (and grid) MPI communication. I'll discuss the design strategy, our plans for the near future, what our users ask for, and what we may need from Kokkos. I'll also discuss current and planned Cabana applications, including classical MD, peridynamics, N-body cosmology, PIC, phase field, finite difference, and more.
