german translation file update #19

attached is a new lang file (rename it to de.po) for the german translation, please push it to git.

I don't get it, the last one seems almost identical:

Maybe it's possible to have the translation on https://www.transifex.com ?

Hi, and sorry for the delay, I don't know about transifex, but it seems it is free only for the 15 day trial. Going to merge your new translation, thanks.
