+1 please approve. I just updated to 8.3.1, it includes only bug fixes, nothing new. For now I just manually go to: /root/.vscode-server/extensions/kokororin.vscode-phpfmt-1.1.35/out/src/PHPFmt.js edit and Reload Window.

Maybe consider changing to >= 8.4.0 so when 8.3.2 and so will come out it will be automatically included but for now this PR LGTM. Thank you
