The "displayName" of WaitZar in Myanmar is overwritten by the entry for
WaitZar in Shan. This won't be an issue in reality (WaitZar's Shan entry
will have a different id) but it should be fixed now anyway.

Fixed: the way we cached singletons was affecting this.
