Double-check Burglish output in Unicode #103

Lest I forget, we need to remove doubled-letter combinations in Burglish.
This will probably only be a problem for Unicode; the other conversion
methods do it automatically.

Very important, pretty simple, but time-consuming.

Medials are separated intelligently in Burglish, so only U+103D is a risk. 
Checked; it's removed properly for all reasonable orderings. Closed!
