Font spacing in zawgyi-bitmap is sometimes off #107

For some words, font spacing in our default font could use some tweaking.
For example:
  1) If you type a pat-sint stack in Burglish (like "Ka") then the first
pat-sint entries (1,2,3,4) are too close together.
  2) If you type "mat Kar" (or just "Kar") then there is too much space
between the stacked "Ka" and "ာ".

These are just some examples.

We will probably have to wait to fix this until we get DisplayMethod()
working; then, it will just require some custom overrides.

Zawgyi-BMP has nearly outlived its usefulness. I think we might replace it with
an embedded TTF in version 1.9.
