Update Ayar to the current release

There are a few problems with Ayar:
  1) Some keys aren't mapped properly. (E.g., "|"). This is because we're using an old layout file.
  2) U+200D is rendering badly in Open Office. Perhaps we should strip this from the output? But the KeyMagic file goes to a lot of trouble to add these.
  3) Still need to fix ")" ==> "wa". 

These won't prevent a demo from being released, but they need to be fixed 
before 1.8.

Thanks, I will add this as #4:
   4) Kinzi key sequence is incorrect.

At the moment, the current keyboard has two ways of typing kinzi:
   1) Type "F"
   2) Type "if`"

What is the correct sequence? Something like...
   1) "i`"
...and then it just automatically re-orders?

PS: I will release the first demo soon, even though there are a few minor 
mistakes. But all of these mistakes will be fixed for the official 1.8 release.

1, 2, and 3 (original) are fixed. 

I'm having trouble reproducing the error originally depicted. I have the new 
layout file, and no errors have been reported. Perhaps this error only shows up 
when Ayar is used as a display encoding?

Closing for now. If the error still exists, it will definitely be easy to find 
later. (kinzi is one of those things I always check.)
