Burglish pat-sint combinations are allowed slightly more often than necessary. #124

For example: "thing-yan", attached. The cause is known: I simply check for
suffix[0] == 'U1039' when I should be searching for it. However, I want to make
sure this problem is documented and fixed properly, in case there are any
regressions.

This issue is fixed; the "one letter onset" rule thwarted complex onsets like
"kya" which should have really been in there.

There's a minor problem displaying too MANY candidates. For example, typing
"kint" and then "Ba" should exclude the combination, since there are suffix
letters on the prefix (the dot below). But this does not happen. I'm leaving
this bug open for now and changing the description, but it's a minor issue (it
only allows a somewhat invalid behavior instead of limiting correct behavior.
