WaitZar prints text RTL in some cases #132

We received a bug report that WZ will output text (in an "email") RTL on a 
letter-by-letter basis, when typing Burmese. So, "ကုိ" would presumably 
render as " --ိ --ု  က". Still awaiting more details from the original 
bug poster.

I can't reproduce this; I tried switching to a RTL language such as Arabic, 
putting output in ZG, UNI, and WI, but none caused letter reversal. Perhaps 
it's an OS-specific thing?

Need confirmation.
