help keyboard highlight does not turn off #162

Keyboard highlight remains and do not return to normal after release the key.

#Describe steps necessary to reproduce this bug:
Type anykey with the help keyboard open, 

#What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The key becomes hilighted must go off after the key is released. but the 
hilighted key remaines hilighted even when the key is released.

#What version of WaitZar do you have? What version of Windows?
Win7 system location Chinese PRC
WZ version Combine demo 4

This is strange... the problem does not occur in Combined Demo 4 on my system.

If the highlights remain, it probably means that the "key track" thread isn't 
running. 

Does this problem occur for any of the other "combined" demos?

I've had this happen 2 times. It seems to occur when holding down shift for a 
long time, and when typing with the mouse + shift.
