Problem choosing option in Language Hotkey Settings 2nd Combo box #171

#Is this a bug report? If so, describe the bug in general:
In Settings > Language Hotkey 2nd combo box, there's no scroll bar so that the 
user cannot see all the options.

#Describe steps necessary to reproduce this bug:
Settings > Choose last option in the Language Hotkey 2nd combo box

#What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to choose all the options in the list I can only choose from the 9 
options and can't scroll through the other options. 

#What version of WaitZar do you have? What version of Windows?
NIGHTLY-1.7

Thanks for reporting this. I just fixed it in the source; it will be in the 
next nightly.
