myWin order with U+1031 #180

U+1031 should be typed before a consonant.
I added a temp. fix for this, but it suffers from the problem of repetition 
(e.g., auu puts it after the last "ka").

We can fix this using something like Myanmar3's ZWS fix. 

We also need to update documentation regarding this.

Fixed. Tests indicate that typing & lookup work.
Documentation updated. 
Some Help Mode words won't look right (but still look up fine); this is usually 
for misspelled words.
