Implement a small runnable that sends random hints/facts to the player in a fixed rate. Could be random hints/reminders to use certain commands (e.g. command to request resource pack), should also be conditional (e.g. send reminder to try the resource pack if not downloaded/activated). These random hints can be disabled via the general settings (notifications on/off)
