Pulls blocked from quay.io image repository #121

Kubernetes hangs on ContainerCreate for example when trying to pull monotek/gcloud-mysql image from quay.io

Since 31.07.2022 Red Hat require an active account to pull from the quay.io image repository. This is not the case for many users of this chart.

Suggested solution is to host a copy of the images referenced in this Chart on Docker Hub or another publicly accessible container registry

My bad - unrelated issue was preventing the image pull
