Pan movement tied to zoom level #10

the distance the drawing moves seems to be tied to the zoom level. When zoomed in the distance moved with the mouse only makes a small distance in the actual pan.

When zoomed out a small movement moves the wall a large amount. A small movement easily moves the existing paths out of view. It is very difficult to get back to the previously drawn paths.

There may be something else happening because it doesn't seem possible to draw anything after the zoomed out pan. Also, pan around some more sometimes will bring the drawing back to 0 level and centered.
