Toolbar Drop Down is Broke

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Capture an image with Screen Capture
2. Attempt to Select the "Highlight", "Redact", "Text","Line", or the arrow to 
copy or print.
3. Drop downs will not display

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the drop down options for each of the above including highlight/ 
text/ line colors, sizes and stlyes. In addition to redact options of blur or 
block out. And the option to copy or print. instead it looks like the drop down 
is being blocked by the image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Screen Capture (by Google) 5.0.4/ Vista

Please provide any additional information below.
