Not able to load #241

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Clicking "add to chrome"
2. It states that the page needs to reload
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to add the extension to my chrome account- rather it says that 
it needs to reload

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chromebook

Please provide any additional information below.
I've tried to load this extension for several days and it will not let me add 
it .
