Some SFTP Clients require a username AND Keypair to authenticate.

Expected behavior:

If you supply a user and a public key (but no password) during app startup, the app requires the correct username AND keyfile in order to authenticate

Observed behavior:

If you supply a user, no password, and a key during app startup, the app accepts authentication with EITHER the correct user OR the correct keypair
