com.apple.quarantine #127

When unzipping and installing from a mac (in this case 10.9.4) the files get a com.apple.quarantine plist value. when unzipped from a windows machine, totally fine.

such as:

This issue only occurs when using the native browsers to download. When using wget the quarantine is non-existant.
