reworking the chat and communication between bots

We need to implement a system of communication between bots and players that meets the following requirements:

Hidden commands: Commands executed by bots should not be visible in the game chat, but only in the console.
Universal command !say: Bots should use the !say command to send messages to chat, both to the general and to private messages to specific players.
Processing private messages: Bots should be able to see private messages addressed to them and be able to reply.
Visibility of general chat: All bots should be able to see messages in the general chat, regardless of the number of selected profiles.
Adapted prompts: Bot prompts should be updated so that it understands how to use !say to communicate.
