Add Support for Cerebras AI API #312

So I got a cerebras api key, but I don't know how to use it with mindcraft

I tried using the models url thing, but that just said couldn't find key, when the key was there.

Maybe add support for cerebras API in the future?

nevermind- read other issues and they had the solution, also very close to the end of readme.md
