this is a rare case but not all PC support Open AL So for this is good a command line that disables the Open AL and use the Miles System instanced

I will incorporate the command line, but keep in mind:

The implementation of OpenAL is incomplete and very buggy.
To remove the use of OpenAL rebuild the project with the file "creategamesprojects.bat" (Write "n" when asked "Use OpenAL?")

I think that what I have said will not be enough and the project may not compile, I will solve it later. To disable OpenAL within the game try using the command "snd_openal_disable".
