ACR - Call Recorder doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable ACR Call recorder
2. do a regular phone call to any number  
3. end the regular call after few seconds.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ACR should start recording any regular phone call immediately and should stop 
recording after ending the call.  
instead the recording hang and don't stop unless you reboot the phone

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ACR Version: 8.9  
OS: android 4.4.2
phone model: Sony Xperia S (L26i)

Please provide any additional information below.
when doing a regular call the recording notification appear but when ending the 
call the ACR doesn't stop and the recording time keep counting.
if you open ACR I can't play any recorded call.
