Combine two adjacent vertical splits #29

Problem: have to directly match two lines between two panes of data.

So need to return all possible angles with all possible offsets and their corresponding Y-location on primary image.

Have written only in notebook in form of dirty code. No use writing nice, since recursive algo won't work
