GO import package #37

current some packages starts with "kolihub.io/kong-ingress/pkg...". This should better work with this import "github.com/koli/kong-ingress/pkg..." ?

After "go get github.com/koli/kong-ingress" and change the package i can build without any error.

I the past I was thinking to redirect kolihub.io to github to address this issue, but this isn't going to happen. I will fix that in the next release.
