Support for kong CE version 0.13 #39

The community edition of kong version 0.13 was recently released.

This release includes Services and Routes core entities as well as the deprecation of the API entity.

What are the plans / timeline for supporting the new version?

Kong has announced an official Ingress Controller for Kubernetes, I want to wait to see their plans for it before putting some effort on this project.

I think the next month we will have more news about it.
