dark theme option for web front-end #1634

I would really appreciate a dark (Darcula ideally :-)) theme option on the web front end. Kolide is a dashboard and it's tiring to look at a white background for long periods.

UI dev here! Sounds like fun. Would your expectations be a setting in the app itself, or a flag you pass to the build to compile the color scheme, or including specific "theme" files, or did you have any other ideas on how to swap themes?
