Rename repo to "bootstrap"

IMO this repo is useful for much more than a simple demo. With some work it could become the way a user provisions kolide in their environment. "bootstrap" sounds appropriate imo.

To give you an example of what I'm thinking about adding:

• a terraform config that provisions kolide on a cloud host: DO or AWS
• with lets encrypt certs
• and working ELK stack.

Sounds good. That's going to break some things with docker-compose, but it's a good reminder that I intended to make sure we were doing this everywhere.

I hate the term "bootstrap", mainly because of http://getbootstrap.com/ https://react-bootstrap.github.io/ https://github.com/rvagg/ender-bootstrap http://mgcrea.github.io/angular-strap/ http://www.joostrap.com/ And a billion more "bootstrap/strap" libraries http://www.bootstraphero.com/the-big-badass-list-of-twitter-bootstrap-resources

I don't want anyone, anywhere, ever, to assume we use Bootstrap and that this may be our library of UI resources.
