Comment cleanup #136

Appreciate the effort to have better documentation here, but I think a few points bear mentioning:

  1. Comments are not documentation.
  2. No comment is better than obvious comment (such as one that restates a method signature in English).
  3. Comments probably shouldn't refer to obsolete versions of the code, since it will be confusing to people working on this in the future.

See, I don't give an absolute assfuck about code comments, so this is up to you guys to decide how you want it. BURGER KOLIN: HAVE IT YOUR WAY.
