Cluster classes do not have default scale, fill, or stroke properties #17

The cluster classes have enough information to create a default linear
scale (their dataProvider, dataField, and their bounds). A default
fill/stroke will prevent users from seeing a blank canvas when they neglect
to provide these properties.
