Add `nx` to the project #506

Still todo:

[x] ui-kitten metro configuration.
[x] fix license.json generation
[x] move some scripts to root package.json
[x] update README with correct nx information. Done by @viktorlarsson in separate PR.
[x] fix failing tests (some jest config..)
[x] npm run android, make it work. Duplicate of react-native-cookies issue
