Integration with Göteborgs Hjärntorget

[x] Fix tests and tsconfig
[x] Switch app name from 'skolplattformen-sthlm' to 'skolplattformen'
[x] Feature toggling?
[x] devrun is broken due to some configuration, works in app
[x] Toggle what city you should log into, also save default value in asyncstorage
