fix: 🐛 Change broken links caused by name change of repo #649

Cool project 😎 I came across this on Twitter and noticed that a GitHub link on the Q&A page was broken. Looks like the name of this repo was changed late 2021?

This PR changes all references kolplattformen/skolplattformen-app -> kolplattformen/skolplattformen.
