Any third party software should be considered unsafe to use, whether from an agreement or a malware standpoint, and anything in between. Also, your URL "cannot be reached".

To add a new blank list, click the "Add" and it will open a file open dialog. Instead of adding a file, just type a list name in the blank box and hit open. This will create a new blank list In the Key list editor, click the grid boxes to add your cdkeys if you only use mpq, just put the name.mpq in the first column, leave the other columns blank

if you use raw key, make the first column the name of the key and type the raw values in the subsequent columns

if you use a csv then choose a csv file when you click open csv can be written in notepad or excel it is "comma separated values" the format for it is the same as what I described above, name, classic, expansion or name.mpq
