Receiving D2BS is not responding... starting profile #2603

I dled Kolbot from Github and checked for and installed dependencies. Reinstalled Kolbot with a fresh install. Made sure they are both ran as administrator and I tried both on Win XP SP2 and again under Win 7. All issues I have found I have read and followed the advice, this is still happening. If anyone as any different advice I am all ears.

you got updated d2? ... ive not seen that problem since long ago when i had file error with install
