How do you set Followers to rejoin a Leader after exiting game from a crash or a life chicken? #2861

I've seen a couple of these issues posted so far, but from what I can see, they're just talking about what they're hoping can be done. Does anyone know the actual way to make followers rejoin a leader's game if they leave before the game is over?
