you could specify cleartype individually for maus, pit etc in the same way that doc shows you how to specify params per script, e.g.
Scripts.Mephisto = {Dodge: false, TownHP: 60, MFSwitchPercent: 25};
Add different ClearType 0=all for musoleum, pit and 0xf=skip normal for ancient tunnels, etc...
