can't speak NPC #464

Hi I used D2bs Kolbot but it was not worked one problem, They can't speak NPC and then can't sell, can't buy potion - > full inventory and no townpotal - > Re room

i don't know why this problem is made me a headache please solve this problem Thank you

im running latest version... almost same issue... runs good for a bit then cant touch npc.... i can text ingame... id stuff in inventory cant drop it tho.... i can drop gold.... and even see my other char moving.... but nothing for npc.....
