Rusher - bad tp #556

I've been trying for some time now to get the rusher/rushee up and going, but cant seem to get past act 1. My rusher uses the commands "1" and "2", and my rushees enter the portal to Andariel, but the tp are too far away from her, making my rushees not able to complete the quest and therefor leaving.

Anyone knows a fix to this?

it works out of the box for me - which difficulty is it? the tp should be in the corner by the door, on the other side of the andy room.. where is bot killing andy?
