Window has unexpectedly exited...starting profile on 1.13d fresh install #586

Everything is run as admin, this is on a private server, made hosts file edit to change realm. Can log into realm just fine using D2 Shortcut but D2Bot can't even start the D2 application on either of my Windows systems. Double checked profile and version settings. Wiki says this works on 1.13d, do I need an older version or something?

afaik no one should be running 1.13 or will risk ban
