Can't use down/up arrow keys in character selection #861

I can no longer navigate through the character selection using the down/up arrow keys. Selecting "Create Character" and returning to the character selection enables the arrow keys again. Affected Version: D2Bot 18.12.12.100 - D2BS 1.5.1880U Unaffected Version: D2Bot 18.9.7.100 - D2BS 1.5.1872U Branch: Limedrop-UTF8

For me all I have to do is click once on any character, then it enable me to use up and down arrows.
