method to attack players with anti hostile enabled in mode:0

player joins run and hostiles player exits run player joins run and hostiles anti hostile is not rechecked when player enters run bots have continued with script and ignore player and not town

there needs to be a recheck on if player is hostile and Town.goToTown(); this.pause();

with mode 2 bots can be killed via warp camping do not allow bots to enter areas blind move to lvl2 world stone -> dead if they are Town.goToTown(); this.pause();

also blacklist should be by account name not just character name
