need help configuring leecher, #980

im running my sorc as a bot and leeching chaos runs on my paladin, but the pala doesnt accept the invite from the sorc nor does he follow the sorc when i manually accept it. what script do i need to be using for this and what controls inviting and following? anyone who can help me would be appreciated.

edit: going to bed now but if anyone can help me feel free to drop ur discord or something 👍

you need to configure the paladin as leader name in the sorc config you need to configure D2BotFollow.dbj entry script with leader name (covered in other threads here).

configure the lead entry script with same channel name as follow, if needed

you need to set public mode on both in order to get accept/invite working

set mfleader/sealleader/leecher as appropriate

searching for other issues i havent found anything, but i did the sorc/paladin config but for d2botfollow do i need to put sorc ign as leader or pala? the sorc is my main character.

config of follow/leader is definitely a common topic and definitely been covered on here. when you search ensure you're not just searching open topics obvs. so search box should just say "is:issue" and not "is:issue is:open"

follow entry script is set on the profile of the follower, so ofc you need to specify the leader name as the leader (sorc). in the follower character config you need to specify as leecher, and set the config.leader as sorc (ctrl f 'leader' to see other leader configs and read the comments - learn the config)

in leader (sorc) config you specify sealleader etc as I said.
