send response.body back to the requestor #21

because the browser will be expecting an xml response

Thank you, Ryan! Seems like a valid PR and point to fix, merging it. Will bump the version and publish the update to NPM shortly.

Published to NPM with the same fix in CSOM router and integration tests fix.
