[x] Fix libsoup (required by gst-plugins-base)
[x] Fix gtk-pixbuf (required by gst-plugins-base)
[ ] Check if there are any dependencies which are still being compiled with SSE2 instructions

woff2 packaged, now waiting for merge in upstream MXE repository: https://github.com/mxe/mxe/pull/2620 gtk-pixbuf needs a workaround for now: https://github.com/mxe/mxe/issues/2557 After applying workaround gst-plugins-base builds with current MXE (master b491a6019b100cab7372667f6b83317d18397766 when testing today), so I guess libsoup is fixed.

QtWebKit build currently breaks because of multithreading:

by default WebKit assumes that Windows Fibers are available (added in Windows Vista)
forcing pthreads support also doesn't work: qtwebkit_i686-w64-mingw32.shared.posix.log
