Building QtWebKit 5.212-alpha4 #4

Due to problems with threading (#1) I'm trying again with 5.212-alpha4 instead of development tree.

[x] Fix MXE patches - qtwebkit_i686-w64-mingw32.shared.posix.log
[x] Test on non-SSE2 machine
[ ] Fix media playback

Build passed after some patching. make MXE_TARGETS=i686-w64-mingw32.shared.posix MXE_PLUGIN_DIRS="plugins/gcc9 plugins/examples/qt5-freeze" qt5 qtwebkit -j2 (with gcc10 ffmpeg can't be built for some reason?)

QtWebKit wasn't working because of too new ICU - I've rolled it back to version 58.2, which was the last one supporting Windows XP. Note: ICU might be still broken when linking statically: https://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/mingw-cross-env-list/2015-02/msg00023.html Media playback is broken while testing Otter Browser build, I'll test this again after full rebuild. remmina_paprika_192 168 4 59_202141-174918
