Ocassionally, API returns success but no calls are received #8

Unable to reproduce on demand.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Receive missed call when API returns SID and Success

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PHP

Please provide any additional information below.
Sometimes the call comes in, sometimes it doesn't. Not reliable.

Hi,

We have received couple of such incidents reported over email and to reproduce 
the same scene it took us quite a lot efforts.

- We observed that the problem happens particularly in two scenarios
1. When you have a poor network range *****
2. When you are using samsung smartphones ***

As a solution, I would suggest you to put a 'Code not received? Try again' 
button to re-send the code.

1. As the first issue is particularly related to the network availability so we 
may not have control over it.
2. To deal with second issue, we increased the time to hangup the call. This is 
because android OS, particularly if you have so many background apps / using 
theme, takes little more time to render the call on your display. ( that is why 
you hear vibration disturbances first before call is visible on phone )

mOTP contacts your device for merely few seconds and auto kills itself. So if 
the time to live is less than time taken by your device to render the call, 
then the call is appeared to have dropped.

I feel you are facing similar issue.

Hi,
Even I am not able to get the calls suddenly. I was getting it without any 
problem but now I am facing issues and it is not working. I am from India, Can 
you let me know whether server is down, everything working fine?

Hello Manoj, We recently experienced massive DDOS attack from malicious 
practitioners.

As a precautionary measure, our application blocked off access to all unknown 
IPs ( IPs which were not white listed into our ACL )

I request you to please drop us your application URL / IP for white listing 
before using the API on prod.
