Can't use login/password in OPDS #237

In App Store's version I can't find "Username" and "Password" fields for new OPDS catalog. Where I can find it? Thanks.

I believe it will prompt you for them the first time you access it and then save them. I have an authenticated ODPS library (Calibre) and I believe that is how I set it up.

Does not work for me either. Using latest calibre-web.
