Unable to sign up into KyBook 3. Error: Login failed | 500 internal server error | #yar.AppError/6 #263

  1. I am using an iPhone and an iPad; same error in both devices.
  2. iOS 13.3 on iPhone, and iPadOS 13.3 on iPad.
  3. KyBook 3 v0.7.8 | #165 on both iPhone and iPad.
  4. The steps to take to cause the issue are shown graphically on yesterday post (2020.01.15) in this thread.
  5. I expected to be able to signup.
  6. I received the message shown on the title of this thread.

I am facing the same problem and tried several times by email, google account…. No luck!
