iOS 13.5, iphone X, TTS function does not work at all. I have tried powering the phone on and off and deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing works to resume the TTS function. I see the scrubber and the play button, but no sound is played. I can skip and see progress being made in the play wheel, but no sound.
